Dear Parents,
Well the year has come to a close and I certainly can’t believe how quickly it has flown by. The children have had a fantastic term and you should all be extremely proud of their enthusiasm, effort and application. On Monday they had the opportunity to visit Year 5 and meet their new teachers and they are all very excited about the move and future challenges once school resumes in August.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your wonderful support throughout the entire year. I have received some lovely gifts and now have some extra shopping to do during the holidays which I shall certainly enjoy. A special thank you to the parent helpers who have assisted in the classroom at various times this year. Your support is much appreciated. I also wish to congratulate our joint class mums on doing such a wonderful job.
I must apologise for a lack of photos from our last week. The cable from my camera has gone missing so I am unable to download my pictures and we don’t have a corresponding cable at school.
To those of you who are leaving Thailand I wish you and your children the very best in your future endeavours. Please travel safely and update us on your progress from time to time. As you know, I am moving on after 21 wonderful years at Patana but will be a regular visitor back to Thailand. It has been super teaching your children, they are enthusiastic, cooperative, eager to learn and have been a delight to teach.
Please have a wonderful and safe holiday with your children wherever you are visiting or traveling to in the world.
