4E 'The Jaguars': Welcome to our new blog. We hope it will grow to be strong and powerful like a real jaguar!

Update

Published Wednesday, September 16, 2009.
Dear Parents

Your children have settled really well and are now accustomed to the routines of Y4 and I really enjoy working with them.

Tomorrow we are celebrating our Indian Mela Day.  Children are invited to wear Indian clothes or dress in the colours of the Indian flag which contains orange, green, white and blue.  In the morning the children will undertake a range of different activities which I am sure they will enjoy.

Tonight I have not set any maths homework as the children have at least one poem to learn by heart by next week for an internal performance.  The children have spellings

for this week but the test will be on Monday.

I am now ready to invite parent helpers in to work with us and I think I have managed to accommodate all your specific requests and will contact individual parents to confirm days and times.

Many of your children are already confident with their multiplication tables.  Next week I shall be introducing a self checking tables activity to help ensure that all children have a quick recall of table facts by the end of term 1 if they don't already.

It is lovely to see the children participating in a wide range of ECA's.

Our blog has been up and running for a couple of weeks   http://www.patana.ac.th/BPSnet/blog/index.asp?id=241  Do take a look if you get a moment.  It will contain useful links for you and your children.

Regards
John Eastham
