Christmas Party Day
We all had a lovely time on our Party Day - dressed up in our party clothes and taking part in lots of Christmassy games and activities. The lunch was also fabulous and there was an enormous amount of wonderful food to choose from. It was a super way to say thank you to the children for all of their hard work this term and to get them in the mood for their holidays!
To each and every one of you - have a fantastic CHRISTMAS (if you celebrate it) and an excellent New Year. I hope that 2054 / 2011 brings you all that you wish for; health, happiness and prosperity for everyone. :)
First of all, we played pin the nose on Santa with Miss Roisin ...

Then we played Musical Chairs with Miss. Yim ...

Well done Praewa and Sean!

Next, we made some really lovely Christmas Trees with Miss Emma ...

Then we made reindeers with Mrs. Clare and Miss Zoe ...

Time for lunch!

A great end to a fabulous morning!!
:)
It was funny to touch Mr. M s belly when I was playing blind folded. It was so soft! Haha!

This year Father Christmas arrived in our Assembly on the Skytrain!! The children were all very excited to see him, especially when they knew that they would be able to see him in person after their playtime.
The time finally arrived when we could go to the Primary Library to meet him, and the children were all very lucky to receive a small gift of some bubbles in a specially shaped bottle. It was another wonderful part to our special last day of term.

Merry Xmas to Mr. M and everybody in the whole of Patana, and I will see you all next year! Good luck!

After a long wait, the time had finally come to get ready for the unwrapping of the Secret Santa presents. The children have been wonderful this year and no-one knew what they were getting or who they were getting it from! Everyone was excited, but still waited for the count down so that all of the presents were opened at the same time. There was a lot of ripping and rearing of paper and then lots of oohs and ahhs as they realised what they had got. It seemed that everyone was very happy with their gift - Secret Santa had been very clever this year!!

It's the New Year and I am going back to
Malaysia to celebrate Chinese New Year! Love from Nicole.
