Cooking Bua Loy with our 1S Parents

This children had a wonderful opportunity today to go to the cooking room and make a delicious cocnut and rice ball dessert, "Bua Loy", with some of the 1S Mums - all as part of our learning theme "Our Wonderful World". They went across to the Year 3&4 Block to use the cooking room in small groups and made the dish from the start - being able to eat it afterwards was the best part!!
A BIG thank you to all the Mums who came in to help and made the whole thing possible.

It was so yummy and I like making it, it's like playing with clay but you can eat it!!!
