Admin EditMaking our Fruit Salads and Fruit Monsters
We took the children for a walk today to find a special room to make our fruit creations in. Our bags were duly slung over our shoulders, or carried carefully in our hands, and we followed each other to the cooking room in Year 4 to begin our masterpieces. If they needed to, the children looked at their designs to try and make sure that their finished products looked right and after instructions on how to use them, used knives to cut, slice and chop the fruit into the right sized pieces. Everyone was concentrating really well on what they needed to do and their creations were very special indeed. The best thing of all was after a photograph had been taken the salads and monsters could be eaten! Yum yum. :)
