Look how hard we have been working so far this term. We have been painting and describing our own dragons, making hot air ballons and writing about where we would go and what we would take. We used different colours and types of pasta to make beautiful dragon collages and we also worked together on a class collage dragon.

Our Trip to True
After many delays due to the Bangkok floods, K2J finally made the short journey to the True Coffee shop on Wednesday 25th January 2012. The focus of this trip was to observe the many people who help us in our community every day. We all decided what we would like to have, filled in an order form and handed it to the waitress. Hot chocolate, apple juice or orange juice were on offer as well as a scrumptious cherry muffin. This was a great way to begin our day!
I loved going to True Coffee because it was fun and I loved the cupcake. And I loved how I gave the card to the lady with my order on. Also I had a nice time there sitting with my friend ali.

Up, Up and Away
This week we have been thinking about hot air balloons. We have been using papier mache to make our own balloons and have been thinking about where we would travel off to. This has led us to use the atlas and think about what it is like in other counties.
