Welcome back everyone!
It has been an action packed few days and the children have enjoyed sharing their holiday adventures with each other. Term 3 is going to be a very busy time in K2. We are especially looking forward to our K2 Picnic tomorrow, Thursday 26th April. Please remember to apply sunscreen in the morning and send your child to school with a container of water. Many thanks!
We have begun our "Save the World" mini topic and our recyling theme is very popular with the children. We have made posters which will remind people to "reduce, reuse and recycle" which we will hang on the walls all over the school tomorrow. We have also made wonderful musical instruments using our milk bottles from yesterday. This idea came from the students themselves.
And, at the end of the day we walked over to Patana's own recyling area. Do you know where that is located? Please ask your child!
Enjoy our photos.............and please remember that it is World Green Day on Friday. Please encourage your child to wear something green or recycled.

I am so proud of you all in K2L for being so aware of the many small things we can each do to help protect our planet.
Keep up the good work!
Mya keeps telling us all sorts of 'Green Ideas' that we can be doing at home and I am looking forward to seeing your wonderful posters around school!
