The Gingerbread Man was a wonderful Fairy Tale to focus on and the children enjoyed all acticities on offer! Baking Gingerbread Men was particularly exciting. Please try our very simple recipe at home.The large display board outside our classroom is covered with beautiful paintings and collages of gingerbread people.
