Please refer to the 6N blog for the details about our 'WW2 Evacuation' on Wednesday 30th November. We would like as many of you as possible to come to school dressed as school children from this period of history. It will make the drama feel much more 'real'.

Connected Learning:

We would like you to make a gas mask box and/or a suitcase for the Evacuation Drama on Wednesday.

Literacy:

Find out about the list provided by the government telling parents what their children should pack in their suitcases. Draw and label these items in your home learning books.

Maths:

There are 2 MyMaths revision tasks to complete.

Thank you!

For the exhibition
. maybe we can do stepping stones.
. and for portfolio we can get 2 table and put a rope on so its like hanger for cloth.
. Maybe for the refrestments we can bring in cranberry juice or grape juice to show how bloody it was at that time.
to be carried on...

. The Refreshment room can be decorated like a party to show the end of the war, time to celebrate, so we can try decorate in stuff that would have been used in the olden days.
. For presentations we can like say i was doing one about the flood i would do it in 6K.
. Can we bring 1 water gun and shoot at peaple wandering buy?
. And to start the opening of each day we can tye a ribbon across the door and get someone to dress poshly and pretend they are like the head of migration and disaster.
.can everyone who has an idea try do something like this so peaple who are not is school can give us idea?
thank you

At the begginning, maybe we can get a speaker to play the declaration of war and at the end we can get someone to put on the end of war speech.

we could draw raindrops, laminate it, hang it form the ceiling and we get lots and lots of rain
we could get blue paper around the class room wall but not high and cut them as water with fish and we get a flooded room
we could get emty sandbags and stuff it with hard tissue. (not much tissue)
