Activity 1:

Literacy Homework – note taking skills

Wow, what an exciting Friday!

Using your new note taking skills to jot down key information you find about Ethiopia and/or Somalia.

Please use the two web links for your research. Present this information in your English homework books.

This will help you with your connected learning during the following weeks.

Activity 2:

Mrs Kelly Maths: Rivers Task

Activity 3:

On Thursday 8th September, we will be pretending there is an emergency in the country and that we have to leave to a safe camp. We would like you to think about what you would like to take with you to this camp that we will be building. Please fill a small bag (day sack size) with the things you think will be valuable to the class group (no electronics or valuables). There will be an opportunity on the day to gather, discard or trade some of these items. Of course they will all be returned.

For more details click here.
