We started by thinking about the types of things we like to do on holiday to have fun. Here are some of things people said:
going to the beach catching crabs snorkelling surfing
going white-water rafting horse-riding elephant-riding trekking
water park water slides swimming theme parks fairs
visiting temples visiting palaces visiting castles
Next we thought about what we would like to know about holidays.
Here are some of our questions:
Where can I have fun?
How do people choose their holidays?
Where are holiday places on the map of the world?
How do people travel to their holiday destination?
How have holidays changed?
Why do people have to have passports?
Over this term we are going to be finding out the answers to these questions ... and more!
