Wednesday 2nd November

Hello, 2W. How are you? I’m well – but am missing being in school. Posting activities on our blog is not quite the same, is it?

Literacy / Connected Learning – Fairytale Project

  • Can I tell a traditional tale orally?

I’m looking forward to hearing you tell the fairytale you have chosen when you return to school. So, keep practising. Also, try to complete one of the activities I posted on our blog yesterday or on Friday.

Mathematics Learning

Click on the links below the learning question to take you to an activity.

  • Can I tell the time when it something o’clock or half past the hour?

Mr Mac has given you some other websites that you could try to help your learning.

To practise keyboard skills, try using the following links:

Crazy Typing

Some fun activities can be found using these links:

Cartoon Network

Our theme this half-term is “The Stories People Tell”. Can you tell a story about the flooding in Thailand? You could write a story about your own experiences of someone else’s.

Remember, if you have any questions or would like to tell me about what you have been doing, you can write a comment in the box below. It would be great to see what you have been doing, too. You can ask mum or dad to email me a photograph of you and your learning.

I hope to see you all again soon,

Miss Kay
