Brrrr!
Today 4R brought in their warmest winter clothes and had a 'Cold Day' to build on their knowledge of what life might be like in Antartica. They constructed tents and cooking stoves and made kit lists of modern day clothing and equipment for an expedition to The South Pole. In the afternoon, they learnt about the differences between ration packs for Amundsen's and Scott's men and what explorers have now to survive in such extreme conditions. Well done to all of 4R for being so open-minded and trying new activities and challenges. Thank you to all of our wonderful parents for helping the children to look the part!

Teeball
Congratulations to 4R teeball-ers for their fantastic performance on Thursday. It was wonderful to see so many children encouraging each other, offering batting tips and generally supporting each other.
Super teamwork from both the boys and the girls and you should all feel very proud for being such excellent communicators and caring students.
An enormous thank to all of the parents for supporting the athletes, and for helping me to get to know the many rules of teeball!
Here are some of the highlights...
