Shipwrecked!

2R have created some wonderful story maps all about a character who becomes shipwrecked on an island. First they designed the type of island setting using oil pastels and then painted a sea background using a watercolour wash. Then they drew pictures to show the 3 main events in the story (what went wrong at sea, what the character did on the island and lastly how they were rescued). Finally they used exciting adjectives to describe the island setting. Each day they have used their story maps to help them to write each section in the story.
