Introducing...the new ipad 10!

Flood has came
Hello day, what a sunny day
But something is different.
A flood came, houses are under water
Boats and rafts are everywhere.
Birds are flying away
Cats and dogs on boats to be safe.
People moving, because of the flood
Say good bye to their loving homes and leave.
Good bye.

Here is another powerful poem from Risako. What thoughtful and caring writers we have in 4R.
The Floods
It starts with rain,
Then it grows and grows,
It turns into a flood,
The floods flow through the hollow streets slowly and quietly,
Houses damaged and rusted,
Hopelessly waiting for the day the floods would give up,
The floods are evil,
They take your belongings away to somewhere unknown,
With all your favorite things thrown,
You are hopeless,
But once in a while,
A sunny day will come and dry all the water,
And let everyone rejoice at once.
Please please keep sending me emails with your home learning and messages to update how you are getting on. I love hearing from you and receiving your exciting and creative projects. I have been so impressed with how hard you have been working from home and that you have been completing projects from all over the world! What amazing students you are! Risako is in Japan. Annabel is in Malaysia. Kassy is in Singapore. Are there any other Cheetahs out there communticating across the globe? What an incredible invention the internet is! I wonder who invented it...
Keep up the super home learning cheetahs! What independent learners you are.

Once upon a time
There was a flood
It made all the people
feel very, very sad
They couldn't go to school
they couldn't go to work
some people went away
some people stayed at home
but all the flood had vanished
when sunny days arrived
its time to help each other
im glad that we survived
