Last chance for Chinese Pen License
May 31 will be the last chance for Chinese Pen License
This year we have seen a large number of students challenging themselves for a Chinese Pen License Certificate. We have a great number who passed Level 1 with 50 characters and a few advanced to Level 2 with 100 characters. Wow, congratulations and this is a great achievement.
We still have a handful of students taking this voluntary challenge on May 31. If you are interested, please come to Mandarin classroom at 12:15pm on May 31, Thursday, before you go to lunch. It will take only take about 10 minutes to finish. Besides the certificate, 10 bonus stickers will still be offered as promised.
You have been given a list of characters that we have learned and can easily be written with some practice. No panic, if you can't remember that much or you do not intend to go for this certificate.
Good luck to all

Year 6 Learning Question:
Please grab a piece of paper and write down today's date in Chinese characters, then answer the learning question in Chinese characters as well. If you really can't figure out the character, you can write in pinyin. That's two lines of characters to write and it should not take you more than 5 minutes.
This work is due on Thursday.
