On Thursday 12th March we went to Ocean world.  We set off from school on the double decker bus.  We had lots of fun sitting and chatting with our friends.  At Ocean World we saw lots of beautiful sea creatures of all different sizes. We had a great morning.

As part of our work on Under the Sea, we have been doing some work on dissolving.  We tired adding different things to water and seeing what would happen.  We had to observe very carefully and explain what was happening.  Some things completely dissolved, but other didn’t.  We had lots of fun experimenting and testing out our ideas.

In K2J, we have gone under the sea this week.  We have been looking at the creatures that live in the sea.  As well as writing down facts adn using information books, we have been looking at differnt sea creatures close up!  We have also been working outside with measuring cylinders, finding out about capacity.  We went on a walk around school to see what fish we could find living in our local environment.  Have a look at our pictures...
