Workshop leaders
A workshop presents a specific strategy, instructional technique, or professional topic.  Workshops should be structured to be interactive and to give teachers practical ideas to take away.

Idea Exchange Facilitator
An idea exchange is a facilitated discussion focused on a specific topic.  The facilitator is expected to email all participants by February 24, 2009 and will prepare guiding questions for the discussion.  The facilitator will collect ideas from participants and will prepare and email a list of ideas to the participants prior to the BTN conference.

Job-a-like Facilitator
A job-a-like forum enables teachers to share common issues, concerns, professional practices and developments to a particular content area or group.  The facilitator is expected to email the job-a-like participants by February 24, 2009 and collect ideas or concerns.  The role of the facilitator is to create an agenda prior to the BTN conference. The agenda will be emailed to each participant before February 28, 2009.  This will form the basis of the discussion at the job-a-like forum.
