Rules

All F.I.F.A. rules and regulations are in force with the following FOBISSEA variations:

• 2 x 12 minute halves - 2 minutes half time
• Goals - 3.6 wide x 1.8 high
• In play off phase, when a game is tied, there will be a two minute break followed by a 2 x 5 minute periods of extra time.  Should the game still be tied the winner will be decided by a penalty shoot out - 3 penalties, followed by sudden death
• Size 4 ball
• All corners & free kicks are direct - opposition 5m away
• Substitutions - rolling, at any time from the half way line
• No offside

Scoring         

4 points for a win / 2 for a draw / 1 for a loss.

In the occurrence of a tie in a pool the following will be used to decide the positions:

• Head to head result
• Goal difference
• Goals Scored
• Penalty shoot out

Awards

FOBISSEA Champions Trophy and individual medals for 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd place teams.
