FOBISSEA Under 15 Games - 1st - 3rd December 2011

Bangkok Patana School is pleased to invite you to participate in the U15 FOBISSEA from Thursday 1st to Saturday 3rd  December 2011. The basic itinerary will be;

Wednesday 30th November - Teams arrive throughout the day
Thursday 1st December - Swim meet AM and Athletics event PM
Friday 2nd December - Boys and Girls basketball tournaments.
Saturday 3rd December - Boys and Girls football tournaments and Gala Dinner.
Sunday 4th December - Schools depart throughout the day.

This is a three day event; we are expecting overseas teams to arrive on Wednesday 30th November and depart on Sunday 4th December.

Hotel

We have made preliminary reservations for schools at the Dusit Princess. This is an up market hotel and the one most schools use because it is right next to the shopping mall. The details to make a booking are attached. Please note that your hotel booking will include breakfast but no evening meal on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Schools can choose to eat at the hotel or eat in the mall next to the hotel where there is cinema and bowling.

Tournament Cost

To keep the costs to a minimum, individual schools will be responsible for the booking of the hotel. If students are sharing rooms the cost is approximately $220 USD for 4 nights.

The approximate participation costs are $150 USD but these will depend on the numbers of students taking part.

For Bangkok schools the participation fee will be approximately 2,500baht.
