NAME OF TRIP /RESIDENTIAL:  FOBISSEA U15 Games                                          DATES:  1-3 December 2011

LOCATION:  Bangkok Patana School.                                                                        

 DESCRIPTION OF TRIP:  

The event will be attended by eight visiting schools; total of 288 students and 30+ staff. The festival will take place in Sports Hall, Sports Complex, Swimming Pool, back hardcourt and possibly the Army Stadium, with additional Gala Dinner at the Dusit Princess Hotel (Tournament Hotel). Five schools are from overseas, staying at Dusit Princess Hotel. Two are from Bangkok, travelling here each day.

Wednesday 30th November

Teams arrive throughout the day
Transfer to Dusit Princess Hotel

09:00 Opening welcome with Matt Mills, Head of School at 50m pool
09:15   Swim meet begins
11:00   Swim meet ends
11:15   Lunch in the primary canteen and transport to the Army Stadium
13:00   Athletics event begins
16:30   Athletics meet ends, buses back to hotels
18:00   Evening meal at the hotel

 Friday 2nd December
06:00   Breakfast                  
07:00   Depart hotels
07:30   Arrive at BPS
08:00   Boys and Girls basketball tournaments begin.
11:00 - 13.00 Hot buffet lunch for teams.
18:00   Basketball events end, bus back to hotels.
19.30   Evening free, school eat in the mall or as they wish

 Saturday 3rd December
07:00   Breakfast.
08:00   Depart hotels.
08:30   Arrive at BPS.
09:00   Boys and Girls football tournaments begin.
11:00 - 13.00 Hot buffet lunch for football teams
16:00   Football event end, bus back to hotel.
19:00   Banquet at Dusit Princess hotel, for students and coaches only

 Sunday 4th December 

Schools depart throughout the day.
