There are usually two informal concerts each term. See the calendar for dates this term. We will ask our instrumental tutors who they would like to recommend for this concert so if you would like to play please ask your teacher. The informal nature of the concerts allows students of all standards to participate, we regularly have young beginners, older beginners, more experienced performers and veterans all happily existing together and enjoying each others' music. We also encourage performance etiquette. And always gives the students a talk about bowing and often they will introduce their own piece to the audience.
Anybody is welcome to perform in these concerts including students who learn 'out of school'. Please ask us if you have a piece that is ready. If an informal concert becomes too full we also have other performance opportunities at Patana. There are termly music assemblies and our class music teachers are also very happy to hear students performing to their peers in a music class.
