Bugsy Malone

The plot concerns the manufacture of a brand of custard, which is used first in cream-topped pies then later in "splurge guns" that enable the dessert to be deployed on an unprecedented level.

The musical centres around Fat Sam's Grand Slam speakeasy in Chicago, Illinois in the Prohibition era.

"Was I in the West End in London or was it Broadway? The acting the singing and the custard were all fantastic, much better than I expected. Congratulations to all the actors who had learned and played their parts so well. Congratulations also to the musicians and the back stage team. Come to think of it the set was wonderful too, really setting the scene and creating the right atmosphere. Well done everyone. I'd like to see it again but it's sold out!"
