Fashion Show
The Mercy Centre committee organised a Fashion Show to raise money to bring the orphans to Fun Day.

"Designers from every Year
group were able to show off their creations on the catwalk at the Mercy
Centre Fashion Show, a first at Bangkok Patana.
At the beginning of
this term groups of budding fashion designers volunteered to take 3 black
and 3 white T-shirts to work their magic on, basing their designs on themes
such as Night, Colour and Party.
Many models, both male and female,
showed off the final designs on the catwalk, strutting their stuff to a
variety of music and enjoying every minute. A special guest appearance was
enjoyed by the audience when the Heads of Year modelling the outfits
of students and staff from Harry Potter's school, Hogwarts. The outfits were
impressive and it was clear a lot hard work had gone into creating them.
The event brought in a total of 5090THB, which will be used to bring
the orphans from the Mercy Centre, who visit Patana once a month to use our
facilities, to come to Fun Day at the end of this month and enjoy the stalls
for the day.
Thank you to all those who took part in the show. It
was a great success."
