Strawberry Fields - Amour
Year 13 students performed their final devised plays as part of their IB Theatre course. Strawberry Fields used Absurd Theatre to explore the imploding dynamics of a group of flatmates. Amour cut between three different plays exploring different facets of love; offering a tragi-comic insight into everyday couples' experience.
"I was totally engaged in the amalgamation of these four plays written, produced and performed by Year 13 students. I applaud the detail of the acting which brilliantly succeeded in creating characters that drew you into their situation, feelings and made the audience hang on their every word. Congratulations to all and sorry that this is the last year at Patana for these extremely talented individuals."
