Jason and the Golden Fleece
Year 6 children act out the ancient story of 'Jason and the Golden Fleece'. Each class has a part of the story to tell and the children have written their own scripts, made up their own lyrics to go with 70s disco songs (e.g. Stayin’ Alive, D.I.S.C.O., I Will Survive …and many more!) and every child is in the performance. It is a totally inclusive project. All the children sing the songs and they deserve a great deal of credit for the way they have got the production ready only two weeks after their National Curriculum tests. Well done Year 6.
