Application Process for Non Thai Nationals

Step 1: Make an Application

Items in Group A must all be submitted together at the time of application.  Items in Group B may be submitted at a later date, but must be submitted before the child starts school.  Please note that we are unable to process any application until all required documentation has been received.  Submission of an application form does not guarantee a place, and year groups can fill up very quickly.  We advise submitting complete applications as early as possible.

School Reports

Please supply a copy of your child’s most recent school report in English. The report should contain written comments and a key to explain any grades or marks.  If this is not the case, please request a written report from your child’s teacher.
If your child has ever seen an educational psychologist or received any kind of support, please supply detailed information and copies of any reports.

Copies of child’s and parents’ passports

If parents or child hold dual nationality please supply a copy of each passport.

Letter of guarantee

If your employer is paying the school fees please provide a letter of guarantee to confirm this.

Please supply a copy of the original birth certificate and an English translation if necessary

Options/ Assessment  Forms

Applicants for Nursery and K1 need to fill in a Nursery and K1 Questionnaire prior to Assessment.
Applicants for Nursery should complete the Nursery Enrolment Form to select 2, 3 or 5 days per week
Applicants for Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 should complete the Years 4-6 MFL Options Form.
Applicants for Year 7 should complete a Year 7 MFL Options Form.
Applicants for Year 8 should complete a Year 8 MFL Options Form.
Applicants for Year 9 should complete a Year 9 MFL Options Form.
Applicants for Years 10 & 11 should complete a Year 10 & Year 11 MFL History Form.
Applicants for Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11) should complete an (I)GCSE Options Form.
Applicants for Senior Studies (Years 12 and 13) should complete an IB Options Form.

Secondary Internet & Substance Misuse Policy / Primary Internet Policy The Secondary School Internet and Substance Misuse Policy should be carefully read and signed by Applicants for Years 7-13 and their parent/guardian. The Primary School Internet Policy should be carefully read, discussed and signed by Applicants for Years 3-6 and their parent/guardian.

Doctor's Letter

To confirm child is in good health and is up-to-date with all necessary vaccinations

4,000 baht application fee

This non-refundable fee is payable by credit card, bank transfer or in person at our cashier’s office.

Foundation Stage Staggered Entrance Fee Option Form Complete this form to opt for a staggered Entrance Fee for students entering Nursery, K1 or K2

Group B – should be submitted as soon as available and before child starts school

This can be downloaded or completed online via the Parents’ Gateway once enrolled.

 

Step 2: Assessments (if necessary)

We are a non-selective school, but we will assess the following applicants:

Step 3:  Application Review by Principals and Head of School

Applications will be reviewed taking into consideration the results of any assessments, school reports and availability of places.  We will contact you as soon as possible to advise whether we are able to offer a place.

Step 4: Offer Made

If your application has been successful you will receive a formal offer letter from the Head of School.  Please note that you are not guaranteed a place until you receive this letter.  If we are not able to offer a place you will receive a letter to explain the reasons why.

Step 5: Enrolment

Once a place has been offered, parents have a limited period in which to accept the place. The entrance and tuition fees should be settled by the due date stated on the invoice.
