At Bangkok Patana School we publish a variety of general and Year-group specific booklets and pamphlets as guides to parents, and to keep our community updated with all the latest developments in the school.
The Student Achievement Handbook is an annual publication, released in Term 1, detailing the achievement of Bangkok Patana students from the previous academic year. The areas covered include summaries of outstanding student attainment in the fields of sport, visual and performing arts, extra-curricular activities, and a detailed breakdown of the results from major academic assessment carried out across the school.
The school prospectus is available to all parents from Admissions and Registration and is an excellent introduction to Bangkok Patana School. It takes readers through our school’s foundations, history, facilities, educational priorities and mission.
Curriculum Guides for each Key Stage provide and an academic overview as well as specific curriculum details. These guides have a wealth of important information concerning your child’s learning and assessment. You are given a new guide when your child enters a new Key Stage, and updated versions will be made available.

The Patana News is published every Friday and contains news, important announcements and important policy changes. One copy is sent to every family with the youngest child and is also available on the school website via the Parents Gateway. For security reasons we do not make this publication available on line. Please contact your child’s teacher if you do not receive this newsletter.

A copy of the magazine is sent home on the last day of term with the youngest student of every family. The Term Magazines are full colour publications containing a selection of articles and highlights of the term.

The Bangkok Patana School Yearbook is a hardback, full-colour souvenir of the events of the entire academic year covering both Primary and Secondary Schools. Packed full of vibrant photographs and memories it is an invaluable record for you and your child.

The Welcome to Year... booklets (one for each Year group) contain information on timetables, homework, uniform and more.
Primary Year Group Newsletters are issued electronically each week and sent to parents via an email link. These detail important dates, activities and the curriculumplanned within the Year group for the following week.
Contact Books are given at the beginning of the school year and are the most important and immediate way to exchange messages between you and your child’s teacher.
Secondary School Handbooks are given to students in each year and contain the term calendar, daily timetable, procedures, dress code, expectations and much more.
Parents as well as students will need to refer to it.
Contact Books. In Secondary School, students record their homework assignments in their Contact Books, which parents must sign weekly.
This useful directory of all the staff is sent home to each family during Term 1.
This booklet explains the organisation, policies and procedures of the school transport department. It details the school’s expectations of both students and staff (drivers, bus monitors etc.).
