Science should be safe as well as fun, so whenever you're practicing a little home experimentation, there are some important precautions you should always keep in mind.
1. Read all the directions
before you begin any experiment and if you are not sure about something, ask an
adult!
2. Do not attempt any projects using fire or potentially dangerous
substances without adult supervision.
3. Always be careful with chemicals.
Never eat or drink anything when you are using chemicals as part of your science
project.
4. Always protect your eyes by wearing safety glasses.
5.
Always clean up after yourself.
So have fun, be safe, and give yourself a little credit when you collect your Nobel Prize.
