Recognising Effort and Achievement
Who came first?
Secondary students gathered to recognise the Term 1 efforts and achievement of their peers at the first Secondary assembly of Term 2. Awards were presented to students who showed exceptional progress in learning attributes, engagement and participation in Term 1.
At this awards assembly, students are always excited to find out which House is leading with points by the end of Term 1. This year was no exception and the current tabulations have Phuket leading with 1,100 points, followed by Lanta (902 points) and a close call between Chang (866 points) and Samui (862 points).
Special acknowledgment was given to the students who exceeded expectations at the House Athletics event. These students demonstrated an exceptional can-do attitude, willingly embraced challenges and prioritized the needs of others throughout the day. House MVPs were awarded to: Samui – Pin T, Year 13, Lanta – Maggie P, Year 9, Chang – Ana B, Year 10, Phuket – Hanson L, Year 9
Congratulations to all the students who were recognised today.
