Grad ’25s Act of Giving

HabibiHeart Fundraiser

As the Class of 2025 prepares to graduate, the students wanted to leave behind something meaningful, with a Year group wide act of giving. HabiHeart, the senior fundraiser, raised funds for life-saving heart surgeries for children with congenital heart disease, with all proceeds going to the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation.

Many children born with congenital heart conditions required surgery, but not all families can afford the treatment. By coming together as a community, Grad’25 helped give these children a chance at a healthier future.

To support this cause, Grad’25 hosted a Doubles Pickleball Tournament on Friday, 21st February 2024. It was open to Year 13 students, parents and teachers. Whether players were experienced or complete beginners, this was a chance to have fun, enjoy friendly competition, and contribute to an important cause. Everyone was encouraged to wear pink to show their support while playing and cheering on their friends!

This fundraiser was about more than just raising money — it was one of the last few chances for Grad’25 to come together before going their separate ways. As graduation approaches, it was the perfect chance to make some final, unforgettable memories with their closest friends and favourite teachers. Whether playing, supporting, or just soaking in the moment, this was truly an event to remember.
