ICT Guru in the House!
Mr P visits Bangkok Patana
This month, in collaboration with FOBISIA, Bangkok Patana School proudly hosted Mr P ICT (also known as Lee Parkinson), a renowned educator and ICT specialist, for two days of dynamic and inspiring workshops. Well known amongst our British teachers for his engaging training and innovative use of technology, Mr P has also built an impressive social media following, sharing practical ideas and resources with a global audience.
Teachers from across the region, including delegates from Shanghai, Brunei and Hong Kong, joined the workshops to explore how technology can transform teaching and learning. Over the course of the workshops, Mr P introduced participants to an array of apps and web-based tools, showcasing how these resources can enhance the curriculum, inspire students, and help teachers work smarter, not harder. With his signature humour and passion, Mr P demonstrated practical strategies, including using AI to reduce teacher workload and empowering students to creatively demonstrate their learning. Teachers left the sessions buzzing with enthusiasm, eager to implement the tools and ideas shared during the workshops.
The event was a resounding success, igniting a renewed sense of curiosity and creativity among educators and setting the stage for transformative learning experiences for students across the region.
