Poetry Festival in Year 5
With a whoosh and a thump..
Year 5 students gave their audience an enthralling performance with their poems on Rainforest. Students brought the poems to life through the use of physical theatre and expressive voices. Weeks of practice sessions with Ms Alexa, Primary Drama Teacher was appreciated by all, with the panel of judges giving excellent feedback on the choice of literary jargons, inclusion of sound and drama, making it an all rounded experience for everyone present.
Well done Year 5, you should be very proud.
