A Warm Welcome at the PTG Newcomers Get Together!
With school in full capacity, PTG members welcomed new parents
Good food, great company and a chance to connect- this year’s PTG Newcomers Get Together was all about breaking the ice and building community. Parents gathered to mingle with the Parent Teacher Group (PTG) members, sharing stories about starting a new school, navigating a new culture and even learning a new language.
Luckily, the PTG is here to make the transition easier and more fun! They’ve got a packed lineup of activities for parents, whether you’re new or a seasoned Patana pro. Brush up your English with conversation classes every Thursday morning, or dive into Thai language lessons every Monday.
Feeling the need to move? Join Strength and Conditioning on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Cardio-tennis every Wednesday and Friday, or Fencing on Wednesdays to name a few. For tech-savvy parents (or aspiring ones), the monthly PTG Tech Talk with resident expert Brian Taylor happens on the first Wednesday of every month.
And that’s not all—PTG also throws some of the biggest events of the year! From International Day and the Christmas Market to Staff Appreciation Day and the legendary Big Night Out, there’s something for everyone. Plus, mark your calendars for the upcoming Fun Day on Saturday, 8th March!
Whether you want to volunteer, join the fun, or make new friends, the PTG is your go-to group. Get involved by emailing ptg@patana.ac.th, visiting their page, or following them on Instagram and Facebook.
Welcome to Bangkok Patana!
