Year 6 Charity Run
A Community Effort for A21
Our Year 6 students took on the challenge of a charity run to support A21, an organisation dedicated to ending human trafficking. In the lead-up to the event, they eagerly gathered sponsorships, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact beyond the school campus.
During their lunchtime, students ran or walked as many laps as they could, pushing themselves even when the challenge became tough. Their perseverance was inspiring, showing not only physical endurance but also a deep sense of care and responsibility for others. Each step taken was a reflection of their dedication to helping those in need.
The event fostered a strong sense of community. With encouragement from their peers and teachers, students supported one another, reinforcing the idea that collective effort leads to meaningful change. Their actions highlighted values of compassion, integrity, and social responsibility, reminding us all of the power of young people to make a difference.
A heartfelt thank you to the parents and sponsors who contributed to this initiative. Your support helped empower our students to take action for a cause that matters, making this event not just a fundraiser, but a valuable learning experience in empathy and global citizenship.
