Benefits and Salary of Expatriate Teachers
- Employment Contract
- An initial two (2) year Employment Contract will be offered.

- Bonus
- On the successful completion of the two year contract the bonus will be paid.
- Graduate Degree Bonus
- The Bonus will be paid for those with a Masters’ Degree, a PhD or other Doctorate Degree.
- Accommodation
- New Expatriate teachers will be placed in fully furnished school accommodation in their first year. Subsequently, the school will pay the teacher a monthly housing allowance.
- One Time Settling in Allowance
- Expatriate teachers will be eligible for a one-time settling-in allowance on commencement of employment with the School.
- Medical Insurance
- Comprehensive medical insurance for teachers, dependent spouse and children. Subject to a two year pre-existing conditions exclusion.
- Personal Accident Insurance
- The school provides a Group Worldwide 24-hour Personal Accident Scheme.
- Travel insurance
- Pension
- The school will pay a pension allowance which is intended for long term financial planning.
- Flights
- The school provides flights at the start and end of the contract (economy class air ticket for the teacher and his/her legal dependents).
- Shipment of Personal Effects
- Continuing Professional Learning (CPL) Allowance
