Benefits and Salary of Expatriate Teachers
- Employment Contract
- An initial two-year Employment Contract will be offered.
- Salary
- Competitive salary package.
- Responsibility Allowance (if applicable)
- Additional allowance for designated responsibillities
- Bonus
- Paid on the successful completion of the two-year contract the bonus will be paid.
- Graduate Degree Bonus
- An additional bonus is provided for teachers holding a Masters’ or Doctorate degree.
- Medical and Personal Accident Insurance
- Comprehensive medical insurance coverage is provided for teachers and eligible dependents, subject to exclusions for congenital and pre-existing conditions.
- The school also provides coverage under a Group Personal Accident scheme.
- Accommodation
- Newly appointed expatriate teachers will be provided with fully furnished school accommodation in their first year of employment. Thereafter they may opt to receive a housing allowance instead.
- Flights
- The school provides economy class flights for the teacher and eligible dependants at the commencement and completion of the contract.
- Continuing Professional Learning (CPL)
*An expat teacher is defiined as one who does not hold Thai citizenship and who is recruited from abroad or has resided in Thailand for less than three years at the time of the interview.
