Benefits and Salary of Expatriate Teachers

  1. Employment Contract
    • An initial two (2) year Employment Contract will be offered.
  2. Salary
    • Competitive
  3. Responsibility Allowance
  4. Bonus
    • On the successful completion of the two year contract the bonus will be paid.
  5. Graduate Degree Bonus
    • The Bonus will be paid for those with a Masters’ Degree, a PhD or other Doctorate Degree.
  6. Accommodation
    • New Expatriate teachers will be placed in fully furnished school accommodation in their first year. Subsequently, the school will pay the teacher a monthly housing allowance.
  7. One Time Settling in Allowance
    • Expatriate teachers will be eligible for a one-time settling-in allowance on commencement of employment with the School.
  8. Medical Insurance
    • Comprehensive medical insurance for teachers, dependent spouse and children. Subject to a two year pre-existing conditions exclusion.
  9. Personal Accident Insurance
    • The school provides a Group Worldwide 24-hour Personal Accident Scheme.

    • The school will pay a pension allowance which is intended for long term financial planning.
  12. Vacation
    • Teachers are entitled to normal school and public holidays as stated in the school calendar.
