Extra Curricular Activities
Extra-Curricular Activities or “ECAs” as they are affectionately known by our students are a highlight in many students’ day. Our broad and expansive provision offers something for everyone allowing students to explore their passions, learn new skills, meet new friends across Year groups and Key Stages and most importantly have fun! We offer two ECA sessions a day from 2:30 – 3:30pm and 3:30 – 4:30pm all conveniently linked to our door-to-door bus service. Our ECA year is arranged into four 8-week blocks, which allows students to sample different activities throughout the year.
We offer a staggering 500+ ECAs a week in the following categories:
Wellbeing
– Fitness and Recreational Sports
– Competitive Seasonal Sports
– Year Long Selective Academy Sports
– Dance
Learning
– Creative Arts
– Performing Arts
– Academic Enrichment
– World Languages
– Music
Global Citizenship
– Community Service
– Digital Citizenship
– Model United Nations
– Duke of Edinburgh International Award
You and your child can select a range of ECAs on a preferences-based online sign-up to suit their interests.
Students are encouraged to achieve balance by choosing ECAs from all three major categories.
