What a FUN RUN!

970+ runners were up in the wee hours of Sunday morning to participate in the annual Fun Run – Bangkok Patana School’s first community event of the year! From the youngest one-year-old to the oldest 80-year-old, the park was full of excitement as runners geared up for their designated run.

The event began with a spirited warm up by Sarah and Nanzie from the Dance Academy, accompanied by Ms McCormack, dressed up as the Crayon girl (who by the way snatched the Best Dressed Award). Students, parents, extended family, runners and non-runners were all ready to go by the end of it! Whether you were running 10.2K, 5.2K or 1.6K, your unbeatable spirit was the highlight of the day!

The Bangkok Patana Fun Run has been going for more than 20 years. Proceeds of the event from this year go to these student community engagement group charities: SEC (Student Environmental Committee), FLOW, Lifeline, WeHearU and PAWS.
