Training Meets Performance at the Tiger Team Dance Showcase 2025

Talent and Energy on Stage!

The Tiger Team Dance Showcase was an unforgettable celebration of talent, dedication and the art of dance. This annual event gives the Dance Academy’s competitive teams, the Tiger Kittens and Tiger Cats, a well-earned moment in the spotlight. However, this year’s showcase was more than just a performance—it was a vital opportunity for dancers to prepare for their upcoming competition with guidance from a distinguished guest panel.

Invaluable constructive feedback after each routine was given by Cross Campus Principal Cindy Adair; Secondary Head of Drama, Lily Ashworth and Professional Dancer Tim. They offered insight into technique, choreography and stage presence. Their expert advice was not only a fantastic learning experience for the dancers but also enriched the wider dance community, highlighting the intricacies that make a performance truly shine.

The atmosphere was fantastic, as the dancers performed under professional-style stage lighting, enhanced by strobe and smoke effects that wowed the live audience of over 300 people. For many, this was their first time performing in such an immersive setting, adding an extra layer of excitement and accomplishment to the evening.

Every dancer walked away having gained something – from technical refinement to performance confidence. With their passion, dedication and newfound insights, the Tiger Kittens and Tiger Cats are set to take the upcoming CSTD 12th Thailand Dance Grand Prix competition by storm!

A huge thank you to all those who supported the event and helped make it such a special evening; our guest panel, volunteer teaching staff, Secondary Arts Council students, the school’s fantastic technical team and of course, our Dance Academy coaches. Bravo to all!
