Key Stage 4 Key Stage 4 - (I)GCSE programme The academic programme offered in Years 10 and 11 (Key Stage 4) builds on the skills developed in Key Stage 3. Students must study English, Mathematics and Science as well as a Modern Foreign Language (MFL), Physical Education and Tutorial. In addition they opt for three other subjects, one of which must be a Humanities subject (either Business Studies, Economics, Geography or History).
