Grad ’26: A Legacy of Impact
WeHearU
As the Class of 2026 prepares to graduate, the students wanted to leave behind something meaningful through a Year group act of giving. Their chosen charity, WeHearU, supports people with impaired hearing by helping to fund hearing devices and surgeries that can significantly improve quality of life.
To raise funds for this cause, Grad’26 hosted a Badminton Doubles tournament. The event brought together Year 13 students, family members and teachers for an evening of friendly competition, laughter and community spirit. Whether players were experienced badminton players or complete beginners, everyone was welcome to take part.
Adding to the fun, the theme for the event was blue, with participants and supporters encouraged to wear blue while playing and cheering from the sidelines. It was a great afternoon of sport, laughter and a reminder of how special this Year group is.
