A Celebration of Community!

Living our values

The Sports Hall came alive this morning with the first Whole School Welcome Back Assembly in three years – a true celebration of our community! Student performers demonstrated their creativity through dance, poetry and music, ensuring that Mr Chris Sammons and his wife, Julie, were warmly welcomed to the Bangkok Patana community. Cross Campus Principal, Ms Thew, shared our community’s holiday adventures through a presentation of #SummerSelfies sent in by staff and students alike. These stories were a true testament to the integration of our Bangkok Patana values, both whilst in school and on holiday. This summer, our community was #Rigorous, #Inquisitive and #Creative, all around the globe!

Head of School, Mr Sammons, then gave a brief introduction about himself, surprising the audience with a look at the technology he used as a young student and by acknowledging that the youngest member of the Bangkok Patana community just turned two-years-old last week! Mr Sammons also noted that there are over 10 religions practiced throughout our community, over 45 languages spoken and over 65 nationalities represented. This diversity presents a unique opportunity for everyone in our community to embody the Bangkok Patana values of respect, compassion, care and inclusivity.
