The 131 students of the Class of 2023 have completed their graduation ceremonies!
Congratulations to the Graduating Class of 2023! Excitement was palpable on Saturday afternoon as the 131 students prepared to process into the Theatre for their graduation ceremony. Speeches by the the Senior Delegates, Head of Year 13 Katie Chatterton, Secondary Principal Matt Seddon and Head of School Matt Mills, reflected on the past, expressed gratitude for the present and encouraged excitement for the future.
For our Head of School Matt Mills, this was a particularly poignant ceremony as this was the cohort that began and finished at Bangkok Patana with the same tenure, from 2008 to 2023.
Grad’23 are off to begin their Patana Pathways all around the world. They were all smiles as they crossed the stage to receive their diplomas. With the final call of the afternoon by Matt Mills to “Go Celebrate!”, the graduates entered a transformed Exhibition Hall for a reception, mingling with friends and family, sharing good wishes and heartfelt farewells. “Sweet Caroline” sent our graduates off, reminding them that “good times never seemed so good”! While we will miss Grad’23 on campus, we are happy to be warmly welcoming them to the global Patana Alumni Network!
