Primary Performance Week

Primary Performance Week

Where words fail, music speaks…

The Primary Music Department was echoing with melody last week as students from Year 2 to Year 6 showcased their talents during Performance week. Held during regular music classes, this event allows any instrumentalist or vocalist at school to perform for their peers and teachers. It’s a wonderful chance for students to gain experience performing both as soloists and in groups.

Amongst the performances this year we have been treated to piano, violin, cello, guitar, khim, ranad, saxophone, flute, clarinet, drums, vocals and harp. It is fantastic to see the confidence of our young musicians and the breadth of their musical experiences.
