IB Art Trail
Next stop – IB Visual Arts Exhibition
The Year 13 IB Visual Arts students recently showcased their work in the IB Art Trail exhibition, an inspiring event that marks a milestone in their artistic journey. The exhibition is a vital stepping stone towards the completion of the IB Diploma Visual Arts course.
The Art Trail provided a unique moment for students to engage in open dialogue with their audience, gaining valuable firsthand experience of public exhibition and the dynamic exchange of ideas that accompanies it. Through this process, our students deepened their understanding of how context, presentation and audience interaction shape the meaning of their work. It also gives students the opportunity to refine their curatorial practice and develop their reflective voice.
We are extremely proud and fortunate to work with such talented, passionate and dedicated young artists. Their creativity, commitment and courage to express their ideas through art continue to inspire us all. We look forward with great anticipation to their final IB Visual Arts Exhibition in March, where they will present the full culmination of their two-year artistic inquiry.
