Out and About: Secondary Residentials
All our bags are packed…
Yes, it’s that time of the year when the campus feels quieter! Secondary students embarked on their annual Residential trips to different parts of Thailand at the start of the week. Families gathered to wave them off, while staff made final checks before each Year group headed to its destination, ready for a week of exploration and new experiences.
A valued part of the Bangkok Patana experience, Residentials offer more than a change of scenery. They provide opportunities for students to step away from their daily routines, strengthen friendships, develop independence and work together in unfamiliar settings. Time spent outdoors and away from screens and social media also encourages students to be fully present, supporting their well-being and helping them connect more meaningfully with those around them.
Throughout the week, each Residential has been designed to reflect the needs and interests of its Year group, creating opportunities for learning, discovery and personal growth beyond the classroom.
Families can follow the journey through the respective Year group blogs.
