Year 3 Use Kind Words
Year 3 know the importance of using kind words.
As part of their learning, Year 3 have been studying adverbs and learning the kind words they can use to describe others. They were tasked to think of all the kind words they know and then create a poster, poem or comic strip using those words. The students compared the kind words they could use with the mean words they sometimes hear. They found many different kind words they can use, such as smart, funny, kind and amazing. The children know the importance of language and that the words we use with each other matter.
