Year 8 Students Produce Classic Silent Film

“I Must Save the Girl!” Year 8 Drama students have been exploring filmmaking this term and have enjoyed learning all the key skills and conventions needed to make a successful silent movie. As well as performing, students have taken on their own production role including director, videographer or editor. The students have been super motivated to create their own movies by organising group Google planning documents, bringing in props and costumes and finding interesting performance spaces around the Arts Centre. They are working well together to bring the final film into life and we look forward to seeing what they produce!
