Onto a new chapter at Imperial College, London
Captain of Varsity Football, President of SCIENTIA Magazine, Member of the Jazz Band… the list goes on for Marwin who has had a very eventful school life while at Bangkok Patana. Coming from an entrepreneurial family background, Marwin understood the intricacies of running a business but his love for entrepreneurship sparked while spearheading the interscholastic STEM youth writing competition for SCIENTIA magazine. Planning, pitching and raising funds for the competition along with developing people management skills helped him cement his future life choices. Combining his passion for healthcare and medicine, coupled with entrepreneurship and programming eventually led him to take up Bio Medical Technology Ventures at Imperial College, London.
“The complexity of the human body, to understand the why of things, how our bodies work, the physics behind the universe, has always piqued my curiosity. I would spend hours reading research papers one after the other till I was satisfied”, reflects Marwin on his love for science. Marwin is looking forward to learning more wider aspects of science and entrepreneurship whilst at university.
