Shaping it Up in Year 4
Year 4 are learning about different shapes in maths.
Year 4 are shaping it up as they use their creativity to show different angles in Mathematics. The children were asked to draw a musical instrument, then create a colourful background by overlapping shapes. They used their understanding of shapes and angles to include right angles, obtuse angles and acute angles. The students let their artistic sides out as they coloured in all the different shapes they have learned. Can you guess which famous artist inspired their creativity?
